His reintegration into society is underway, supported by financial assistance to help him transition to a peaceful life. In Nueva Ecija, police operations facilitated several surrenders, including “Ka Estong,” who handed over a homemade .38 caliber revolver in San Jose City on January 16.

We urge other insurgents to take advantage of the government’s reintegration programs and pursue a peaceful and productive life,” she stated.
These achievements underscore the effectiveness of the government’s Oplan Balik-Loob program, which offers financial aid, livelihood support, and reintegration services to former rebels. This initiative continues to play a vital role in the government’s broader effort to end local insurgency and promote peace and development in Central Luzon.
