PARAÑAQUE CITY, October 18, 2025 — SDCC Realty Corporation reached a significant milestone in its development journey with the grand opening of The Conduit Showroom, officially welcoming guests and partners to experience the company’s vision for modern urban living.
Gracing the occasion were Parañaque City’s Honorable Mayor Edwin L. Olivarez, Congressman Eric L. Olivarez, and other esteemed government officials and community leaders.
The celebration commenced with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, followed by a guided tour of the showroom’s meticulously crafted model units and a scale model preview of The Conduit—an upcoming architectural landmark poised to redefine contemporary city living.
Guests were treated to live performances, delightful refreshments, and an immersive showcase of The Conduit’s hallmark features—collaborative design, smart home technology, and the promise of Happy Homes for Filipino families. The event was made possible through the generous support of Abenson and the partial sponsorship of Adnos-CET, the project’s general contractor.
In his keynote address, Dr. Garibaldi O. Leonardo, Chairman of the Board of SDCC Realty Corporation, emphasized the company’s mission to go beyond property development.
“Our true work is in building connections—between aspirations and opportunities, between Filipino families and a better way of living,” Dr. Leonardo said.
