LBC Express Marks 75 Years of Service, Innovation, & Connection With the Filipino People

LBC Express, the country’s most trusted logistics and cargo solutions provider, celebrated a major milestone as it marked 75 years of serving Filipinos across the Philippines and around the world. What began in 1950 as a modest courier service has grown into a global logistics network that has become synonymous with reliability, connection, and the movement of stories that matter.

On 07 November 2025, LBC commemorated its 75th anniversary with a Thanksgiving Mass held at the LBC Central Exchange in Sucat, Parañaque City. The event gathered employees, executives, partners, and long-time members of the LBC family for a celebration that honored the company’s legacy and the people who have fueled its growth through the decades. More than a corporate gathering, the occasion served as a tribute to the millions of Filipinos whose lives LBC has touched through every delivery, every parcel, and every journey.

During the program, LBC Express, Inc. President and CEO Enrique V. Rey, Jr. emphasized that the company’s longevity is rooted in its commitment to purpose and service. He shared that LBC’s story is woven into the stories of countless Filipinos — from families separated by distance to entrepreneurs building livelihoods through reliable delivery channels. “For 75 years, we haven’t just moved parcels — we’ve moved lives. Behind every transaction, every delivery, and every smile at our counters are the dedicated men and women of LBC. Our theme, ‘We Move With You,’ perfectly captures what LBC stands for: it’s our story of progress, connection, and purpose,” he said.

Rey also highlighted the company’s forward-looking vision, noting that while LBC’s history is rich and meaningful, its future holds even greater potential. He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to continuously innovate and evolve alongside its customers, partners, and the communities it serves.

Rene E. Fuentes, Chairman of the Board and COO, echoed this message of gratitude and purpose. He spoke of the unwavering dedication of LBC’s workforce — people who “move mountains” in the service of Filipinos near and far. Fuentes described LBC’s work as a mission that goes beyond business operations. “What we celebrate today is not only longevity — it is a story of purpose, perseverance, and people who can move mountains. Our work is more than business. It’s a mission to connect, uplift, and make lives easier for Filipinos everywhere. Together, we move with purpose, with hope, and with pride as one LBC family,” said Fuentes.

One highlight of the celebration was the premiere of LBC’s 75th Anniversary Hero Video, a short film directed by renowned filmmaker Antonette Jadaone. The emotional piece showcases interconnected stories of Filipinos whose lives have been touched by LBC — overseas workers sending balikbayan boxes filled with love, small business owners shipping their products to customers nationwide, and families staying connected through the simple act of sending and receiving parcels. The film encapsulates LBC’s belief that movement is more than logistics; it is a testament to connection, hope, and shared progress.

As LBC looks to the future, it remains committed to its purpose of serving as a bridge for Filipinos — whether across cities, across seas, or across generations. With 75 years of experience behind it and a renewed vision ahead, LBC Express continues to stand as a trusted partner in every Filipino’s journey, dedicated to moving with the nation wherever life leads.
