RCBC established the wealth management group (RCBC Wealth) in 2007 to address the investment requirements of its high net-worth clients. The group had since evolved and expanded its focus to include the affluent segment, the emerging wealthy and the next-gen. It broadened its services from investment and financial planning, to retirement, succession and estate planning and other services.
From September 2022 to September 2023, RCBC Wealth grew its assets under management (AUMs) by 17 percent and expanded its client base by 18 percent. Its overall income contribution grew by 21 percent compared to the same period last year.
RCBC Wealth currently serves its clients through its five office locations in the country’s major hubs, namely Makati, Binondo, Greenhills, Cebu and Davao.
