A TOTAL of 66,574 election returns (ERs) have been received by citizens’ arm Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) for its “unofficial parallel count” in relation to the May 9 polls.
Based on the latest count issued at 10:30 a.m. today, the PPCRV said they have in their possession ERs that represent 61.77 percent of the total 107,785 precints.
Data revealed that 40,292 of the ERs came from North and South Luzon, while 10,033 ERs are from the National Capital Region.
For the Visayas, 11,614 ERs were received by the PPCRV and 4,635 ERs from Mindanao.
Based on its advisory, the PPCRV said it has yet to receive ERs from overseas.
