We received a coordination letter from PNP Pasay City regarding Liu and Sun.  Their custody was transferred to us last Oct. 19,” sabi ni Transingco.

The arrested foreigners were charged for violating the conditions and limitations of their stay as non-immigrants, being a public charge, and posing a clear and present danger to public welfare,” ayon kay Tansingco.

“Rest assured that the BI is in close coordination with other law enforcement agencies in advocating for a safer community for the Filipinos,” dagdag pa niya.
